Aujourd'hui, premier promenade 'en famille'. Cet après-midi il a fait grand beau et on a été jusqu'en ville, par le bord du lac. On a mangé à 'La Placette', et puis on est rentré.C'est drôle de voir que Kalia semble être hyper-consciente de son environnement, elle regardait dans tous les sens, et fixait des objets pendant un bon moment. Je ne sais pas quel est son champs de vision maintenant, mais elle aime bien regarder les plafonds.
Pour moi c'était un plaisir d'avoir un après-midi de congé et de découvrir ma fille réveillée et de bonne humeur.
Had our first family walk today - into town and back, and stopped for lunch at 'La Placette' - our favourite shopping centre with brand-new restaurant/cafe.It was fun watching Kalia - who seems to be acutely aware of her surroundings - taking long hard looks at just about everything. I'm not sure what her range of vision is at 5 weeks (today), but she seems particularly interested in the ceilings. I guess probably because that's what she sees most of when being carried around.
I had the afternoon off, and it was nice to get to see my daughter awake and 'interactive' (important for dads).
