On a pu visiter l'église de mon frère et sa famille le dimanche. J'ai bien aimé l'histoire pour les enfants qui était très intéractif.
We got to go to Aussie family's church on the Sunday morning. I was quite taken with the interactive children's bit.
En plus, après que les enfants sont partis, la prédication était basée sur la même histoire biblique.
What was cool is that the preach after the children left was tied into the Bible story that the children acted out.
Après l'église on a tenté de faire une photo de l'entier de la famille. Malheureusement avec deux absents (à Brisbane).
After the service we attempted a photo of the (almost) massed tribes. Unfortunately there were two missing, but there was no getting around that.
Le but (ou prétexte) du voyage était de fêter l'anniversaire de ma mère. Cette journée était notre journée de fête 'officielle', alors on est allé à 'Paradise Palms' pour l'après-midi. Voilà une photo avec mon frère et ma soeur.
The whole point (or excuse!) for this family trip to the other side of the world was Mum's birthday. This was the 'official' celebration day, so we went to a swish restaurant (rather than Swiss!). Here are the three 'old' siblings.
