Toujours horriblement en retard ici sur le blog. Directement après notre retour de l'Angleterre, nous sommes partis dans notre 'résidence secondaire' (en réalité, pour garder la maison d'amis qui partaient en vacances à l'étranger).Voilà Kalia qui aide à mettre la table (après avoir protesté qu'elle n'étais "pas l'esclave ici!").
Still horribly behind here on this blog, but directly after we got back from Blighty, we headed off to 'house sit' in the countryside (third year in a row).Here's Kalia helping set the table (it does happen, despite occasional protestations that "I'm not the slave here!").
Voilà la vue de la campagne autour, ça change un peu de chez nous! This is the kind of view we get in the countryside around the 'holiday' house - quite a change from home!
Il y a un petit promenade en boucle qui passe à côté d'une ferme où il y a souvent des veaux. Celui-ci était particulièrement peu farouche, et s'est laissé caresser. The customary walk that we take the occaisional visitors on goes past a farm, where there are often a few calves. This one was uncommonly tame (the others were cowering in their shed).

Rebecca tient une boîte de craies, qu'elle utilisait pour dessiner par terre toute en roulant. Playing together (Rebecca is holding a pot of chalk - at one point she was drawing on the drive while Kalia was pedalling along).
