Pendant nos vacances, je suis allé avec Kalia voir Swiss Vapeur Parc. Je me disais qu'en arrivant on allait regarder pendant un temps, histoire qu'elle s'acclimate et n'ait pas trop peur des trains et du monde etc...On n'a même pas eu le temps de s'assoire: elle a montré les train du doigt : "Ca! Là! Oui!", et me tirait la main pour qu'on y aille!
C'est quand même agréable de pouvoir communiquer un petit peu - elle comprend plus ou moins tout, et on peut aller assez loin avec oui et non. Le seul problème est que là où avant elle n'était pas trop difficile, maintenant si on ne comprend pas ce qu'elle veut dire, ça l'énerve beaucoup!
Another outing during our holidays was a trip to Swiss Vapeur Parc with Kalia. I'd kind of prepared my little plan, where we would arrive, and just sit and watch for a while, for her to get used to the idea of going on a train without being to scared.But we didn't even have time to sit down, as soon as she saw the trains it was "Ca! Là! Oui!" (yes, in French unfortunately...) and she was pulling my hand to go.
It's much easier being able to communicate. She understands pretty much everything we say (in English too), and you can get quite far with Yes and No. The downside is that she now expects us to understand what she's trying to say. And when we don't, she gets very upset!
