Toscana - Romain

Maintenant qu'ils se connaissent depuis un certain temps, Romain et Kalia s'entendent très bien, ce qui nous a permis d'envisager de partir en vacances ensemble. Dans cette photo, ils ne sont ni en train de manger des bonbons, ni faire semblant de fumer. Ils sont en train de faire des bruits de loup ou de chien - je ne me rappelle pas pourquoi (si une fois je l'ai su).

Now that they have known each other for quite a while, Romain and Kalia get on like a house on fire; which is part of the reason why we had the idea of going on holiday together. In this photo, they aren't eating lollipops, or pretending to smoke. For some reason (which I don't recall, in fact I don't think I knew why at the time) they are making wolf noises. It was great fun, apparently.

Partager dans la piscine était problématique parfois. Evidemment, même s'il y avait des bouées à revendre (dans l'arrière-plan), la compétition pour le matelas gonflable était féroce (puisqu'il n'y en avait qu'un). Jusqu'à ce qu'ils découvrent que c'était plus drôle de jouer dessus à deux. C'est un découvert essentiel pour la survie de n'importe quelle civilisation. Dommage qu'on ne l'enseigne pas davantage que "la main invisible" !

Sharing in the swimming pool was sometimes problematic. Obviously, even though there were tons of floating ducks and buoys (in the background), competition was fierce for the lilo (of which there was only one) - until they worked out that they could have more fun playing on it together. This is probably the illumination which is the most essential to the continuing existence of any civilisation. Shame they don't teach that more than the "invisible hand".
