Yvoire

Aujourd'hui on a fait une 'vraie' journée de vacances - on est allé de l'autre côté du Lac en France, à Yvoire, village touristique par excellence... Il faisait beau, pas trop chaud, on a mangé très très bien dans un restau assez classe - (La Vieille Porte, si jamais). C'était vraiment bon, de qualité.

Après on s'est promené tranquillement, on a regardé les magasins, les fleurs, les autre touristes etc.

En retrant un petit arrêt à Intermarché pour faires les emplettes, et de retour à la maison.

Et hier ? Hier, j'ai passé des heures à imprimer environ 150 cartes de remerciement + enveloppes pour tous les cadeaux reçus pour Kalia... fallait bien s'y mettre un jour.

Had a 'real' holiday day today, drove round to the other side of the lake, to Yvoire in France, very touristy place but pleasant all the same. It was nice sunny weather but not too hot, we ate in a fairly posh restaurant and it was very refined and yummy (and will keep us full till tomorrow morning I think!).

Then we ambled round the village, looking in the shops, at the flowers, at the other tourists.

Dropped off at 'Intermarché' on the way home, to buy some of the things that are cheaper there than in Swissland.

Yesterday, I spent most of the day (and evening), printing out about 150 thank you cards and accompanying envelopes for the thank letters for all the presents sent for Kalia!
