En route pour aller boire un pot avec un ami (oui, ça arrive, une fois tous les tremblements de terre), j'ai dû m'arrêter pour prendre cette photo. Comme vous pouvez imaginez, en vrai c'était mille fois mieux! C'est seulement depuis que j'habite ici que je me suis rendu compte de la progression du soleil dans le ciel au fil de l'année. En hiver il se couche derrière les montagnes à gauche, en été derrière les montagnes à droite.
On my way to have a drink with a friend (yes, it happens, exceedingly rarely) I had to stop to take a photo of this. As you can imagine, the photo does not do it justice. It's only since I've been here that I've really noticed the progression of the sun through the year. In winter it sets behind the mountains on the left hand side. In the summer it sets behind the mountains on the right hand side.
