Smartphone

Désolé que mes articles ici viennent de façon aléatoire et peu souvent. C'est un effet secondaire de mon nouveau statut de propriétaire de smartphone. Le fait que je puisse accèder à mes mails dans des moments 'creux' (dans l'ascenseur au boulot, ou d'autres endroits moins avouables) m'ote le besoin de passer des heures devant le PC le soir à la maison.

Aussi, la caméra intégrée dans le smartphone me rend paresseux quand il faudrait prendre l'appareil photo avec, mais les photos sont moins belles, dont j'ai moins envie de les poster.

Mais voilà, j'ai quelques photos que je vais poster maintenant.

Par contre, j'ai aussi utilisé le smartphone pour commencer à écrire des articles plus réfléchis, mais pour ceux-là il faudra du temps pour les traduire...

Sorry my posting here is sort of patchy and sporadic. A noticeable side-effect of my newfangled 'smartphoneness' is that because I can access my emails in 'dead time' (in the lift at work, or other less mentionable venues), I have less need to sit in front of the computer of an evening at home. I can even have a little squint and Tweet from the comfort of my bed just before knocking off.

Also, I tend to take more photos with the smartphone, so don't take my compact phone with me so much. But the quality of the phone's photos is patchy at best, so I am less inclined to post them.

That said, I'm now sitting down (lunch break at work) with a few photos from the 'phone, and trying to squish them into a few blog posts.

I've also used the 'phone on the train to start writing a few long-form blog posts. But truly epically long, so they may take a while to translate and post.
